- 0.123u2: RansAckeR simplified some control definitions in the Appoooh driver.
- 0.122u8: Zsolt Vasvari removed colortables from Appoooh and a number of other drivers, as part of a larger move to phase out old-style colortables. Changed palettesize to 512 colors.
- 0.116u2: Justin Kerk and Lord Nightmare updated Appoooh to correctly use the SN76489 instead of the SN76496, which was a later design.
- 11th July 2001: Tatsuyuki Satoh fixed a long-standing bug in the tilemap system and converted Appooh to the tilemap system.
- 0.35RC2: Changed visible area to 256x224.
- 18th June 1999: Tatsuyuki Satoh fixed the screen size in Appoooh.
- 14th June 1999: Yasuhiro Ogawa fixed a sound problem in Appoooh.
- 0.35RC1: Tatsuyuki Satoh added Appoooh (Sega 1984).
- 4th June 1999: Nicola fixed the colors and graphics priorities of Appoooh.
- 27th May 1999: Tatsuyuki Satoh sent in a driver for Appoooh, but colors are wrong.
