Bugs:
- When starting the second stage, the behavior/location of your friends is odd. YMI (ID 00362)

WIP:
- 0.147u2: Corrado Tomaselli added clone The Speed Rumbler (set 3). Fixed rom names.
- 0.142u3: Angelo Salese removed deprecat.h dependancy and updated irqs accordingly for Speed Rumbler.
- 11th December 2010: Corrado Tomaselli dumped The Speed Rumbler (Tecfri 1986). Note: Speedrumbler on Tecfri PCB. All the other roms not present in the archive derives from speedrumbler set 2.
- 18th August 2010: Smitdogg - I bought a Speed Rumbler. It was sold as tested working and isn't syning up in my supergun to PC rig so I think the speed in MAME is way off/all guesses because if it really ran at 60 Hz it would sync perfectly. That or the PCB was damaged during shipping etc. I just got a frequency counter so I can get measurements from the board. The roms are labeled as a USA Rev. D version but they match a set in MAME so once again a board looked like an undumped version and wasn't. This is still needed for various tests though.
- 0.133u1: Renamed (srumblr2) to (srumbler2).
- 0.131u4: Tafoid added DIP locations and verified defaults for Speed Rumbler/Rush & Crash (using Speed Rumbler manual).
- 16th September 2007: Mr. Do - Retro27 helped out some more this week and got a couple instruction card games ready for us: Speed Rumbler. Enjoy.
- 13th April 2003: Yorik submitted fixes to graphics glitches in Speed Rumbler.
- 0.36RC2: Changed palettesize from 384 to 512 colors.
- 29th February 2000: Nicola Salmoria fixed some problems in Speed Rumbler.
- 0.36b2: Added clone Rush & Crash (Japan).
- 0.36b1: Changed parent and clone descriptions to 'The Speed Rumbler'.
- 0.35RC1: Added dipswitch 'Allow Continue'.
- 0.35b3: Eugenio De Renzi added high score saving to Speed Rumbler.
- 0.34RC1: Paul Leaman fixed Speed Rumbler (set 2). Added proms ($0, 100, 200).
- 0.33b7: Changed description to 'Speed Rumbler (set 1)' and clone '(alternate)' to '(set 2)'.
- 0.33b5: Games which use the dynamic palette system and no longer need 16-bit modes: Section Z, Legendary Wings, Trojan, Speed Rumbler, Rygar, Silkworm, Gemini Wing and Tiger Road [Nicola Salmoria].
- 0.31: Paul Leaman added Speed Rumbler (Capcom 1986) and clone (alternate). Known issues: The start button doesn't work in the alternate version. Sprites should be buffered, like Commando. They jerk quite a bit when you complete a level. Tile palette does not get refreshed when you complete a level. Background for the level complete doesn't look correct. The background for the scoreboard should be either transparent or black. Semi-transparent tiles / sprites are not supported.
- 2nd April 1997: Dumped The Speed Rumbler (set 2).

STORY:
- In the 21st century, there is a terrorist group that attacks small towns. With only 24 hours left, your goal is to free your family and bring peace back to your town.
