WIP:
- 0.125u1: Curt Coder added memory address parameter to CDP1802 DMA callbacks and a macro for the CPU interface. Also added CDP1852 I/O buffer chip, and used it in Altair and Draco.
- 0.124u3: Curt Coder added machine parameter and macros for the CDP1802 callback functions. This seems to have fixed the player sprite flashing in Destroyer/Altair/Draco.
- 0.113: Curt Coder added preliminary sound to Altair. White noise is missing.
- 0.112u2: Changed CDP1869 CPU2 clock speed to 5626000 Hz and visible area to 294x294 - Game now playable.
- 0.109u3: Changed VSync to 50.089031 Hz.
